Wild and crazy halloween fun!
We went to the wilds of Denver Saturday before Halloween all dressed up in our beauteous costumes. I was an anime catgirl, Justin was Link of Zelda fame, my friend Gina was a flapper, and her husband was Sherlock Holmes. Click on the small pics for more info!

Anime Catgirl
This was taken at the Denver club, Polyesta's! We went to LODO Saturday night, looking for costumes and a fun place to hang out. Polyesta's is a cool place, with lots of different dance floors and themes of the 70's and 80's. We saw all kinds of costumes, from monks, to warriors, to bumblebees, and nurses. It was a lot of fun! |

Gina the Flapper
This is my beautiful friend Gina, all dressed up as a flapper, complete with long cigarette holder and black flapper wig. She was making us drinks in her kitchen when I snapped this surprise picture. |

Just the Girls
Here's me and Gina again. You know what? Every time we have a picture taken together, we get the same smile on our face! Isn't that funny? We had a lot of fun dancing together....

Aren't We a cute couple?
Justin and I make a dashing adventurous couple, wouldn't you say? It looks like we're about to rush into the forest and slay a dragon! I made both of our costumes myself, and I think they turned out. In case you're not wise to the way of Nintendo, Justin is (clearly) Link from the Legends of Zelda. Isn't he cute? If you look carefully, you can see his pointed elf ears... |

Cat and Company
Here is a picture taken of me and one of my fellow Felines, Fauna. Fauna is one of Gina's cats, and I have to admit, she is my favorite. Isn't she a lovely girl? Justin took this picture, and I think the purr came through! |

My Beau as Link/Dink
Here's my Justin, hanging out at Gina and Matt's. He's fully decked out as Link, or more popularly called, Dink. We've played a lot of the video game (Majora's Mask) since it came out, and it seemed like a good idea at the time! I made the costume with my very own sewing machine, of course. |

Gina & Matt Circa 1900-1920
And here's my dear friends Gina and Matt, semi- newlyweds, posing in their apartment together. We had a lot of fun out with them, and hope to play with them a lot more in the future! |

Dancing Fools
Here's the three of us, Gina, Matt, and me! As you can see, Matt was a wildly succesful Sherlock Holmes, using his magnifying glass to excellent effect. He and Gina matched perfectly, as glamorous figures from the past, though her flapper style was a little more cutting edge in comparison. She's a wild woman, for sure. I think her ankles showed! If only she would have taught us the Charleston... |
